PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curvature-measuring traveling device, a curvature measurement system and a curvature measurement method, wherein curvature is measured with high accuracy with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This curvature-measuring traveling device 1 is used for traveling inside a linearly disposed pipe P (a tube body or a groove body) allowing seeing-through from one opening side, in the longitudinal direction of the pipe P to measure the curvature of the pipe P. The curvature-measuring traveling device 1 has: a traveling base; a measurement target for measuring the curvature, fixed to the traveling base; and a measurement target position holding mechanism holding a position of a measuring prism (the measurement target) to the inner circumferential face of the pipe P. The curvature measurement system 100 has a total station TS (a measurement means) disposed on one opening side of the pipe P, measuring the position of the measuring prism.
