PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables the even illumination of a display sheet mounted on the display panel unit. SOLUTION: A waist panel unit 60 has a picture pattern sheet case 61 while being detachably mounted on the cabinet of the game machine. A light guide plate 65 and a reflection sheet 67 are arranged on the back side of the picture pattern sheet case 61 while a light source 66 is arranged facing at least one side of the light guide plate 65. A light diffusing sheet 64 is provided on the front side of the light guide plate 65 to diffuse the light emitted from the light guide plate 65. The picture pattern sheet case 61 has a light transmitting area on the side thereof opposite to the side of the light source 66 to transmit the light passing through the light guide plate 65 being emitted from the light source 66. The picture pattern sheet case 61 has a picture pattern sheet insertion port 61a for inserting a picture pattern sheet 62 on any one of the upper, lower, left and right sides thereof.
