<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular driving device capable of suppressing an increase in torque transmitted from a driving power source to a transfer torque control device. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular driving device is provided with a power distribution device 10 distributing the power of the driving power source 1 to a motor generator 6 and a wheel 17.
