<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospitalization/medical history retrieval device by which information on the number of cases, including the number of patients, the number of hospitalization and hospital discharge histories, and the number of department histories, or a detailed list on the information on the number of cases is obtained from a one-time retrieval result. <P>SOLUTION: The hospitalization/medical history retrieval device comprises: a hospitalization/medical history database 400 having: a patient table 410 recording information on a patient by providing patient ID (Identification) to each patient in a hospital; a hospitalization and hospital discharge table 420 recording information on each hospitalization and hospital discharge by providing hospitalization and hospital release ID for each hospitalization and hospital discharge; and a department history table 430 recording information on each department history by providing department history ID for each department history; and a retrieval section 200 receiving retrieval conditions, retrieving the hospitalization/medical history database 400, and retrieving information agreeing to the retrieval conditions. Furthermore, the retrieval section 200 retrieves the hospitalization/medical history database 400 by one-time retrieval, and prepares a patient ID file 510 listing up each information, including the number of patients in a hospital agreeing to the retrieval conditions, the hospitalization and hospital discharge history, and the department history, a hospitalization and hospital discharge ID file 520, and a department history ID file 530. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
