PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for suppressing degradation of reception efficiency when receiving radio waves which can be converted into electric energy. SOLUTION: A rectenna antifouling device 26 comprises a resin film cover 32 configured to cover the rectenna 22, a first rotating shaft 42 and a second rotating shaft 44 between which the resin film cover 32 is stretched, a motor 36 for rotating the first rotating shaft 42 to circulate the resin film cover 32, a cleaning device 30 which cleans the surface of the resin film cover 32 utilizing circulation of it, and a first antifouling sensor 52 and a second antifouling sensor 54 for detecting contamination on the surface of the resin film cover 32.
