PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register having a drawer comprehending the number of denominations and an amount by which the number of denominations and the amount are automatically totalized while cash is stored in the drawer. SOLUTION: The cash register has a function of automatically counting the number of denominations and the amount. The register having the drawer comprehending the number of denominations and the amount has a vertically movable cash housing section divided by denominations; and comprises: the drawer combined with the register; a weighing means weighing the weight of the cash contained in the cash housing section; a calculating means calculating the quantity of denominations and the amount from the weight of the cash, each in the drawer.
