PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall protection structure capable of protecting an operator by preventing a cabin from being damaged even if a construction machine falls while securing view for working. SOLUTION: In the construction machine in which the cabin 12 is disposed on the lateral one side of an upper rotating body, support bodies 15 and 16 supporting the construction machine 1 in the falling of the construction machine 1 are installed on the upper rotating body 4. The support bodies 15 and 16 are installed on the upper rotating body 4 at the rear of the cabin in the state of being projected in a generally horizontal direction and a generally vertical direction so that a virtual line connecting ground contact points to each other does not invade into the area DLV of the operator seated in the cabin 12 even if the construction machine 1 falls down with a working attachment 5 fallen at the maximum working radius or the construction machine 1 is turned over upside down.
