PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring spinning frame for a siro-spun yarn having decreased probability of break of a fore-spun roving and for repairing a wrong twisted yarn supplied by a torn off roving of rotating rovings when break of the fore-spun roving happens, and to provide a method for producing the siro-spun yarn. SOLUTION: The ring spinning frame (1) has spinning parts for producing siro-spun yarns (10), a drafting device (7), an end cylinder device (9) twisting to form a siro-spun yarn after guiding two fore-spun yarns (8) to unite and a suction device (12) set at rear region than the end draft cylinder device (9), wherein the frame has guide elements (23, 33) for protecting the fore-spun yarns (8) set near a region a spinning triangle (11) formed by the united fore-spun yarns (8), and has plural spinning parts for producing the siro-spun yarn (10).
