PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare high fluidity concrete having satisfactory fresh properties even in a construction site. SOLUTION: The pack material for high fluidity concrete is obtained by storing a cement composition containing a fine aggregate freed from fine particle contents, fine powder in which the maximum particle diameter is 0.6 mm, and also the particles with a particle diameter of≤0.3 mm are included by≥90 wt.%, and a binder into a vessel in a dry state.
