PURPOSE: A laminate spring is provided to prevent noise caused by contact of the laminated spring and a clamp via the use of a pad detachably installed to the clamp and to enable replacement when the pad is broken. CONSTITUTION: A laminate spring includes plural leaf springs and a center bolt fixing the leaf springs. The laminate spring includes clamps(60) fixed to the leaf springs and pads(70) installed to the clamps. The pad is detachably installed to the clamp. The pad comprises an inner wall located in the clamp; side walls integrally formed to the ends of the inner wall; and an outer wall integrally formed to the side walls and located to the outside of the clamp.
