PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill handling device having the detachable, compact, and light stacker capable of surely pushing a bill fed from a bill conveyance means into a stacker. SOLUTION: A bill identification part 10 confirms the validity of the bill received from the outside. The detachable stacker 1 stores the bill which is determined to be valid in the bill identification part 10. A bill conveyance part 30 feeds the bill into the stacker 1 in the longitudinal direction of the bill from the bill identification part 30. A bill guide part 4 stores the bill delivered from the bill conveyance part 30 temporarily. When force P acts, a parallel crank mechanism 4P is abutted on a face of the bill to move it to a bill support plate 50.
