PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of an automatic door, which prevents a key rod from coming off, while allowing a prying action using a bar etc. SOLUTION: This locking device is equipped with: a key rod 52 which is provided at the lower end of a door body 20 in such a manner as to freely protrude/recede; an opening inhibiting member 53 which is protrusively provided in a sill 16 of a door frame, and which is engaged with the key rod 52 protruded in the closed state of the door body 20, so as to inhibit the opening of the door body 20; and a latching member 54 which is protrusively provided at the lower end of the door body 20, and which is latched to the member 53 in the direction of upward movement in the closed state of the door body 20. The member 53 has a mavability inhibiting part 74 to which the latching member 54 is latched, and which is constituted so as to be capable of vertically moving while maintaining the state of inhibiting the opening of the door body 20.
