PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-spinning device by applying a high hardness deposition film excellent in corrosion resistance and weathering resistance and excellent in peelability from molten polymers to melt-spinning pack members such as a polymer tube, a scale pump, a spinning pack member excluding a spinneret, which are melt-spinning members of a melt-spinning device to prevent troubles such as thread breakage or fluffing and to prolong the lives of respective members, and to provide a method for producing the same, and a method for melt-spinning by using the device. SOLUTION: In the melt-spinning device comprising a vapor deposited film forming at least a part of the surfaces of constituting members of the device such as the polymer pipe, the scale pump and the spinning pack, the contact angle of water to the surface of the deposited film is 65-115°, and the hardness of the vapor deposited film (normal temperature HV) is 1500-6000.
