PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a counter with a cabinet disposed with the suspension cabinet in the lower part of the counter fixed to a wall surface and preventing a clearance formed between the lower part of the counter and the upper faces of the side boards of the cabinet. SOLUTION: A cabinet fixing metal fixture 12 used in fixing the bottom board of the cabinet to the wall face comprises a bottom board support piece 13 supporting the bottom board and a wall face fixing piece 14. The cabinet fixing metal fixture 12 is characterized in that the bottom board support piece 13 is bently extended from the wall face fixing piece 1s to form the cross section into an L shape, and the wall face fixing piece 14 is formed with a plurality of approximately doglegged fixing device fixing holes 19. This mounting structure is characterized in that the counter fixing metal fixture is disposed inside the suspension cabinet and the side boards of the suspended cabinet are fixed to the wall face by the counter fixing metal fixture along with the counter.
