<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional power control system for controlling the total power of power supply of apparatus connected to the same power source that the total power of the whole body becomes uncontrollable to interrupt a circuit breaker when a power control system line is incommunicable by some cause. <P>SOLUTION: Communication is made with each of apparatus connected to the same power source, and when no response to the communication is received, a disruption of communication is detected.
