PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device realizing efficient exhaust and reverse flow prevention without causing enlargement of a duct fan by sharing ducts. SOLUTION: The exhaust device 2 carries out ventilation of a toilet 8, moisture exhaust of clothes dryer 10, and ventilation of bathroom 4. It is provided with a ventilation means (an intermediate duct fan 22) provided with an outlet 24 and at least first and second inlets 26 and 28 for exhausting sucked air from the inlets to the outlet by fan rotation, a moisture exhaust duct 16 guiding exhaust moisture from the clothes dryer to the outside air, a moisture exhaust fan 12 carrying out moisture exhaust through the moisture exhaust duct, an exhaust duct 34 connected between the outlet 24 of the ventilation means and a first branching part 32 to guide exhaust of the ventilation means to the moisture exhaust duct, an exhaust duct 40 connected to the first inlet of the ventilation means to carry out ventilation of the toilet, and a bypass exhaust duct 44 connected between the second outlet and a second branching part 42 and providing a ventilation means in the moisture exhaust duct.
