PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viaduct which has a rational structure capable of adequately realizing simplification of construction while using a PC member, and a construction method therefor. SOLUTION: A foundation 1 and a main girder 3 are constructed as an RC structure, and a column 2, a cross girder 4 and a floor slab 5 are constructed as a PC structure. A main reinforcement of the column 2, which is the PC member, is anchored to the foundation 1 via a sleeve joint. The main girder 3, which is an RC member, and the floor slab 5, which is the PC member, are joined together via a dowel 13. The construction of the viaduct comprises a process wherein the foundation 1 of the RC structure is formed, a process wherein the column 2 of the PC structure is erected so that the main reinforcement can be anchored to the foundation by the sleeve joint, a process wherein the cross girder 4 is erected along with the assembly of a main girder form, a process wherein respective reinforcements cross one another in a capital and wherein concrete is placed for the formation of the main girder 3, and a process wherein the floor slab 5 as the PC member is laid and joined by the dowel.
