PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key convertible type pin tumbler lock at a low cost even if it is produced by a multiple types and a small quantity. SOLUTION: The key convertible type pin tumbler lock is equipped with a casing 10, a first rotational body 20, a second rotational body 30 and a fixed body 40, and when operator's circular keys 501 and 502 are inserted into key-holes, both rotational bodies 20 and 30 are connected to each other in a monolithically rotatable manner, at the same time, the second rotational body 30 can be relatively rotated to the fixed body 40, and when convertible circular keys 601 and 602 are inserted into the key-holes, the first rotational body 20 can be relatively rotated to the second rotational body 30, and the second rotational body 30 is connected to the fixed body 40 irrotationally, and when the convertible circular keys 601 and 602 are inserted into the key-holes to rotate the first rotational body 20 at a predetermined angle, it is so constituted that a row of a first penetration pin hole 25 is drawn up in a row of a first blind hole to enable a spacer 86 of the first blind hole 37 to move into the first penetration pin hole 25.
