<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain a target posture of a second bearing in relation to a first bearing even if tilting direction of a rotary shaft and tilting direction of the second bearing are displaced from each other due to a reason such as friction. <P>SOLUTION: Both of relative tilting of the second bearing in relation to the first bearing and movement distance of the second bearing in a direction crossing the center shaft of the first bearing are detected at the same time in, at least, three positions through the rocking movement thereof, and position of the second bearing, in which the center of the second bearing coincides with the center shaft of the first bearing, is obtained on the basis of the information about movement distance in each position. Grade and direction of tilting of the rotary shaft 4 in relation to the first bearing in each position are computed on the basis of a distance Hcg between the center of the first bearing and the center of a part of the rotary shaft on the center shaft thereof, in which the rotary shaft fits to the second bearing, in the center shaft direction and information about movement distance in each position. The posture of the second bearing, in which the center shaft of the second bearing is parallel with the center shaft of the first bearing, is obtained on the basis of a result of computing and the information about inclination in each position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
