PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emboss a flexible substrate which is non-transparent to an ultraviolet ray. SOLUTION: An embossing machine (200) comprises a flexible substrate (101), a coating unit (300) to deposit a photopolymer material on the substrate, a light permeable emboss belt (100) having a transfer pattern, a conveyor roller (103) supporting the belt, a driving unit (110) to give a driving motion to the belt and the substrate, and a backing drum (105) to generate a pressure between the substrate and the belt. The transfer pattern is embossed into the photopolymer material by driving motion so as to form a duplicated pattern.
