A support hole (2d) is formed in a front face (2a) of a telephone transmission portion (2). In the support hole (2d) is inserted a shaft (4c) of a connection member (4). The shaft (4c) is supported by the telephone transmission portion (2) so as to be swingable about a first swing axis (L1). A support portion (4f) of the connection member (4) is projected from the support hole (2d) and inserted in a recess (3d) of a telephone reception portion (3). On both ends of the support portion (4f) are connected the reception portion (3) so as to be swingable about a second swing axis (L2). The lengths in the second axis (L2) direction of the support portion (4f) and of the recess (3d) are made substantially equal to each other. The height of the support portion (4f) from the front face (2a) is made substantially equal to the depth of the recess (3d).
