<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consignment sales system which accumulates the achievements in starting the business for the sake of those who want to do business but are unable to do so because of the shortage of funds and know-hows, and for those who really do business. <P>SOLUTION: A head office provides installation shelves with hook accessories inside a store under the direct management or a member store and divides the shelves, where an exhibition main member exhibits goods and advertises them.
