PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform shaping method and waveform shaping device for shaping distortion that occurs in an input signal with a simple method or configuration, and to provide a waveform shaping program therefor and recording medium equipped with the same. SOLUTION: A sampling part 102 is provided for sampling an input signal 101 with a sampling clock 106 that is accelerated rather than a data speed of the input signal 101, to generate a sampling signal 103. A waveform shaping part 104 is provided for working the sampling signal 103 (such as by inverting a pulse, for example) to output an output signal 105 resulting from shaping a restored digital signal from the pulse of the input signal 101.
