PURPOSE: A method for coding a common channel is provided to code ACK(Acknowledgement)/NACK(Non ACK)/ACK and C(Continue) signals transmitted to each mobile station through an F-CACKCH(Forward Common Acknowledgement Channel). CONSTITUTION: Encoders(10-15) code ACK/NACK/ACK and C signals of one bit inputted by using one of sequences corresponding to each matrix of a Hadamard matrix, and output the sequences, respectively. The outputted sequences mutually have orthogonality, and are inputted to spreaders(20-25). Each of the spreaders(20-25) spreads the inputted 12 sequences by N times, and outputs spread sequences. The outputted sequences are inputted to sequence repeaters(30-35) to be repeated as much as symbol length. |
