PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blurring correcting device for preventing the tilt of an image blurring correcting optical system even in the case the image blurring correcting optical system comes to a correction limit. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a moving frame 15 for holding the image blurring correcting optical system, a base 11 for supporting the moving frame so that the frame can be moved in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the image blurring correcting optical system, and three or more tilt preventing mechanisms arranged around the optical axis so as to prevent the tilt of the image blurring correcting optical system when the moving frame comes to the moving limit in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis. Each tilt preventing mechanism is provided with an annular projecting tapered surface 15t and an annular recessed tapered surface 11t which are separately arranged on the moving frame and the base, respectively, so as to constitute a pair and which are provided with an axis parallel to the optical axis. The annular projecting tapered surface and the annular recessed tapered surface are provided with respective diameters and are usually made in a non-contact state but they are engaged with each other when the moving frame comes to the moving limit. |
