PURPOSE: A bottle cap having an inner stopper containing other material different from the content of the bottle is provided to prevent a sealing part of the inner stopper from coming out of the bottle when being opened, thereby preventing a risk that children or the elderly swallow the sealing part come out of the bottle. The bottle cap does not require additional equipment to a conventional process line. CONSTITUTION: The bottle cap(1) having an inner stopper containing other material different from the contents of the bottle comprises: a cap main body(10) having a hollow pipe part(11) for storing other material; an inner stopper(20) being jointed around the outer circumference of the pipe part in the cap main body; and a sealing part(30) for closing the end of the hollow pipe part from the bottom, wherein at least a part of the sealing part, is stuck in at least a part of the supporting part(21) of the inner stopper so as to drop down in the bottle, when the bottle is opened.
