PURPOSE: A side dish container is provided to capable of cutting cooking materials by forming a convex portion at the bottom or sides. CONSTITUTION: A side dish container having various shapes is made of heatresisting glass, ceramics, stainless steel or synthetic resin rubber, and includes an opening/closing unit made of silicon materials or synthetic resin rubber, an air insulation/communication unit with an inclination of 45 degrees, an opening handle, an inner air insulation unit, an air insulation packing groove, a knife holder for holding a knife, and a packing groove. The side dish container is covered with heat-resistant paint. A convex portion is formed at the bottom or sides of the dish container, and is capable of cutting cooking materials.
