PURPOSE: Reflection textile is characterized by having corner cube type reflection fabric and glass bead fabric to supplement mutually defects of the two fabrics, increasing brightness, not depreciating the brightness in case of smearing water, maintaining retro-reflection effectively and improving discrimination. A manufacturing method and a manufacturing device thereof are capable of producing the textile combined the reflection fabric and ground textile, producing the textile in one process, having a simple process and reducing a production cost. The reflection textile is useful for safety clothes, safety belt and a traffic sign board. CONSTITUTION: Reflection of corner cube textile is characterized by adhering glass bead reflection fabric(10) on a back side of corner cube type reflection fabric(11) to manufacture reflection fabric and adhering the reflection fabric on ground textile. A manufacturing device thereof comprises: a continuous forming device of the corner cube type reflection fabric; a supplying device supplying a glass bead assembly for adhering the glass bead assembly on the back side of the corner cube type reflection fabric(11); a PET film supplying device supplying polyester film; a glass bead adhering roller for adhering the glass bead assembly on the back side of the corner cube; a film removing device removing the polyester film used as a fixing frame of the glass bead assembly; and a fabric bonding device bonding the reflection fabric and the ground textile. A manufacturing device thereof is as follows: (a) forming the corner cube type reflection fabric continuously; (b) transferring the glass bead assembly for adhering the glass bead assembly on the back side of the corner cube type reflection fabric(11); (c) adhering the glass bead assembly to the back side of the corner cube; (d) removing the polyester film used as the fixing frame of the glass bead assembly; and then (e) adhering the textile on the corner cube side of the corner cube type for bonding the reflection fabric and the ground textile.
