PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress motor speed from increasing and improve ride comfortableness even when a clutch operation is conducted for a gear change. SOLUTION: A torque command output part 3a outputs a torque command T whose value corresponds to that of an accelerator signal corresponding to the pedaling amount of an accelerator pedal 1. A power converter 4 outputs motor power P corresponding to the torque command T, and a drive motor 6 drives rotation with motor power P. A transmission 7 transmits the rotational power of the drive motor 6 to a wheel 9 through a power transmitting device 8. The torque command output part 3a delivers its cushion time setting function and changes the torque command T with a large time constant for a change in an accelerator signal A while a clutch 10 is not pedaled, and stops a cushion time setting function and outputs the torque command T when the clutch 10 is pedaled and a pedaling signal F is outputted. |
