PURPOSE: A fog removal system for a runway and a road is provided to remove fog on a road or a runway rapidly by a central control room and to cut down the maintenance expenses. CONSTITUTION: The fog removal system for a runway and a road comprises a complex heater composed of a solar battery, a furnace, an oil boiler, a midnight electricity boiler and a wind power generator, a temperature-moisture monitor, a CCTV monitor, an air line provided with a spray nozzle, a compressor compressing and transferring heating air, a heat exchanger heating up air by taking thermal energy from a thermal storage tank where the heater is stored, and a central control room controlling information and data between units by a central computer.
