摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for converting on die termination(ODT) mode and a method for the same are provided to normally process the change of the ODT signal inputted from the outside by utilizing the divided power down mode as a conversion mode between the power down mode and the active/standby mode. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for converting on die termination(ODT) mode includes a clock enable control unit(1110), an ODT control unit(1130) and a termination resistor(RTT) generation unit(1150). The clock enable control unit(1110) determines whether the deviation from the power down mode or the active power down mode by receiving the precharge signal including the information related to the bank access in the semiconductor device. The clock enable control unit(1110) outputs the mode division signal having a different logic state. The ODT control unit(1130) operates at the power down mode in response to the mode division signal or operates at the active/standby mode. And, the RTT generation unit(1150) generates RTT in response to the RTT generation control signal outputted from the ODT control unit(1130).
