PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus comprising a flash device capable of performing a pop-up driving function is provided to install a flash body on a rear side of a photographing apparatus body for a pop-up driving, by avoiding a front side of the photographing apparatus body, thereby easily realizing miniaturization of a photographing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A photographing apparatus body(210) includes an optical unit body(211) rotatively installed on one side thereof, and has a lens assembly(220) for a digital still camera, which includes a pickup lens(225) faced with an object on a front surface of the optical unit body(211). A lens assembly for a camcorder is installed on a rear side. A flash body(231) includes a light generator(235) for radiating a light to the object. The flash body(231) is installed in a pop-up position where the light generator(235) is exposed at predetermined height on an upper side of the photographing apparatus body(210) by a pop-up unit, and is received inside the body(210).
