PURPOSE: A method and a system for connecting to a web page on an URL(Uniform Resource Locator) input window of a commercial Internet web browser are provided to connect to the web page or transmit an e-mail by inputting a telephone number of a user to a web address input window or an e-mail address input window instead of the address of a web site or the e-mail address. CONSTITUTION: If a system message queue(201) transmits a message to a message distributing system(202), the message is moved to each processor(203). An intercept module embedded into each processor tries holding for judging that the message is telephone number information. The system in a holding state is moved to a message processing module(205) in the processor by comparing the message with a telephone number web page(206) in a database, and is moved to a desired homepage.
