PURPOSE: A system and a method for online interactive multimedia learning are provided to write/play lecture data on a web page and enable a learner to ask a question for a specified part while the lecture data is played without using a separate lecture data writing/playing program. CONSTITUTION: A writer PC(100) writes the multimedia base lecture data by connecting to the network. A user PC(200) plays the lecture data by connecting to the network. A web server(300) stores a data recording tool(310) for writing the lecture data and a data playing tool(320) for playing the lecture data, transmits a lecture data writing screen of a web page form to the writer PC if the writer PC requests lecture data writing, and stores the lecture data inputted from the writer PC. If the user PC requests playback of the stored lecture data, the web server transmits a lecture data playback screen of the web page form to the user PC in real-time.
