摘要 PURPOSE: A power generator of a cooling system using recovered heat is provided to secure high-speed expansion and low-speed compression for refrigerant by a slider crank method, to obtain the surplus energy by converting the recovered heat into heat energy and consuming some of the heat energy, and to simplify the structure. CONSTITUTION: In a cooling system for absorbing and recovering heat from hot water by heat-exchanging low-temperature refrigerant with the hot water, converting the recovered heat into energy by expanding at high speed and compressing at low speed the refrigerant by a reciprocating motion of a piston(100) by a power generator, and consuming some of the heat energy for cooling, the power generator is composed of a crank rotary plate(1) and a link(2). The crank rotary plate rotates at constant speed about a first rotary shaft(11) by power and has a slider(12) integrally projected on the outer ring of the front side with eccentricity. One end of the link is rotatively fixed at the side of the outer ring of the crank rotary plate by a second rotary shaft(21) and the other end is rotatively connected to the piston with crossing the front side of the crank rotary plate. A guide groove(22) in which the slider of the crank rotary plate is inserted and slid is formed longitudinally in the center of the link.
