PURPOSE: An antenna assembly of a portable terminal is provided to configure an antenna body, an antenna supporting plate for supporting the antenna body, and an antenna supporting spring for supporting the antenna supporting plate. CONSTITUTION: A terminal body(110) has various selection buttons(111) and a substrate for controlling various functions in connection with the selection buttons(111). A terminal cover(120) protects the terminal body(110) by being hinge-coupled with the terminal body(110). An antenna(130) is coupled with one upper end of the terminal body(110) to be inserted and ejected. The terminal body(110) is formed with an antenna insertion groove(112) for inserting the antenna(130) thereinto. Plural button hooking grooves(113) are formed on a side of the antenna insertion groove(112) to hook pressing buttons of an antenna supporting plate(132). The antenna insertion groove(112) is formed in a depth where an antenna body(131), the antenna supporting plate(132), and an antenna supporting spring(133) can be inserted.
