PITCH VARIABLE TRANSFERRING APPARATUS TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A pitch variable transferring apparatus is provided to improve productivity by making a semiconductor device loaded into a tray rapidly correspond to test trays of various kinds with different pitch intervals. CONSTITUTION: A predetermined hole is formed in the center of a lower plate(101). An upper plate(103) is coupled to the lower plate at a predetermined interval. A drive pulley which has different diameters at its upper and lower ends is coupled between one ends of the lower and upper plates, capable of rotating. A terminal pulley(105) which has different diameters at its upper and lower ends in the same way as the drive pulley is coupled between the other ends of the lower and upper plates. A motor(106) is coupled as a driver unit to the drive pulley, mounted on an end of the drive pulley. An upper belt connects the upper end of the drive pulley with the upper end of the terminal pulley. A lower belt connects the lower end of the drive pulley with the lower end of the terminal pulley. A hand transfer unit is coupled to the upper belt and the lower belt.
