PURPOSE: A server system for a conference room is provided to facilitate use and management of various different equipments by using a command server and a remote control panel, and maximize appearance and space use by simplifying surroundings of the conference room. CONSTITUTION: An audio output controller(10) outputs an audio signal inputted through a microphone(18) installed to each position to a speaker(23) and outputs the audio signal inputted from the outside by equipping with an input signal part(B) to receive the external audio signal. A video signal distribution switch(11) projects an image to a monitor display(21) or a projector(22) by controlling the image of a portable PC connected to the control panel(19) through a relay circuit. An Internet/intranet distributor(12) connects the portable PC of participants with the Internet/intranet through a hub by using an IP(Internet Protocol) assigned to each portable PC. The control panel comprises an RGB input signal switch for enabling a user to switch the input signal of the projector, a focus-online switch displaying the current user of the projector, and an audio/video-online switch recording/storing the audio/video.
