PURPOSE: A device for shielding an electromagnetic failure of a portable terminal is provided to attach a thin film sheet-type film to a cover while collectively handling a process of applying an electromagnetic shielding paint without a gap after a shielding process, thereby magnifying an electromagnetic shielding effect. CONSTITUTION: A film(20) for covering a cutting hole is attached to an outer side of a casing of a portable terminal body(10). An electromagnetic shielding pain(30) is applied to an inner side of the film(20). A main PCB(14) is fixed on an inner side of the terminal body(10). Various electronic parts(15) are attached to upper/lower sides of the main PCB(14). A shield material(16) is installed on the electronic parts(15). A key PCB(17) is fixed to an upper side of the shield material(16). A keypad(18) is coupled with the key PCB(17).
