<p>Structural component, such as a recessed unit, to be fixed in place in a concrete shuttering, is fixed by means of overlapping attachment. This is esp. applicable to the construction of pipes with closed ends, or boxes, in bridge building. Use is made of an anchor unit, for permanent retention in the finished concrete. This incorporates a support surface for the built-in component, with holes for passage of wire or strip-shaped fixing members. It also incorporates a threaded hole for a threaded anchor bar to be screwed in. A support unit can be connected to the anchor unit, by means of a through passage for the latter, and this has feet for setting on a formwork element. The open end of the anchor bar engaged by clamping nut for screwing onto a thread.</p> |
