<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect marketing information without effort, where a plurality of collecting origins of marketing information exist, and where information about items different for each collecting origins of the marketing information is collected, or where information about items corresponding to a customer is collected for each customer. <P>SOLUTION: A two-dimensional code 82, including items of the marketing information, which are each specified at dispatching companies 10-1 to 10-n and to be collected, is printed on a delivery sheet 81 attached to a delivery 80; and if the two-dimensional code 82 printed on the delivery sheet 81 is read by a handy terminal 60, when the delivery 80 is delivered to the destination 70, the items of marketing information to be collected are displayed on the handy terminal 60, then the information about the destination of the delivery 80 is input or selected for the displayed items. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
