PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically read contents described on a receipt and to offer various kinds of services according to the read contents.

SOLUTION: In the receipt 100, a purchase detail letter column 101 for displaying purchase details by letters and a two-dimensional code column 102 for displaying the purchase details by a two-dimensional code are arranged. When the purchase detail is represented by the two-dimensional code, the purchase details can be read mechanically. Since the two-dimensional code can carry a large amount of information per area, the two-dimensional code representing the purchase details can arranged on the area of the receipt size. When a two-dimensional code representing advertisement information, a recipe for a commodity, quality and the like is arranged, various kinds of services can be offered.
