<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of wrinkles in using a splint, to save the effort and time for the operation, and to bring the splint close to an affected part so that the splint will not float. <P>SOLUTION: The splint comprises an inner member 2, an outer member 3 and a core material 4 inserted between the inner member and the outer member. The inner member 2, the outer member 3 and the core material 4 have horizontal parts 1a whose section is U-shaped and standing parts 1b, whose section is U-shaped, standing from an end of the horizontal part at a prescribed angle to the horizontal part, respectively. The core material consists of a sandwiched textile with two plate-shaped members. The inner sides of the plate-shaped members are connected with a number of spun yarn materials, and a curing solution is applied to the texture.
