PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of recording not only color the temperature information at the time of photographing but also the color space information at the time of photographing. SOLUTION: In a digital camera 10, the original image data 56 supplied in a RAW mode in a digital processing section 64 are inputted into a white balance determining circuit 78, a white balance gain 94 is obtained as the color temperature information and the image data 56 and the white balance gain 94 are inputted into an IF (interface) section 68 via a data bus 58. Also, in the digital camera 10, a linear matrix coefficient 92 supplied from a system control unit is supplied to the IF section 68 via the data bus 58, and the data are adjusted into a recording format etc. in the IF section 68 and recorded in a storage 32 as these three kinds of data 112 according to a control signal 74.
