PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet having Cu-based plating and used for a doubly wound pipe capable of reducing brazing temperature in the production of a doubly wound pipe, and capable of reducing production cost. SOLUTION: Both sides of the steel sheet are provided with Cu plating layers with a film thickness of 1.0 to 10.0μm per side. Further, the surface of the Cu plating layer on one side is provided with a Zn plating layer with a film thickness of≤15μm so that the ratio of the plated film thicknesses of the Zn plating and the Cu plating lies in the range of 0.75 to 2.05. When the doubly wound pipe is prepared by using the plated steel sheet as the stock and brazing treatment is performed, the brazing at a low temperature is made possible since Zn diffuses into the Cu layer on the brazing treatment and a Cu-Zn based low melting point alloy is formed.
