<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having an auxiliary storage part for cold insulator or the like which is produced at low cost, and consistently held upright. <P>SOLUTION: In a structure of an auxiliary storage part of a packaging box, a peripheral wall is erected around a bottom plate 2, a partition wall 21 is erected on the inner side of a lower end of the peripheral wall via a bottom space 17 of a predetermined area, and an auxiliary storage part 31 is formed between the partition wall 21 and an inner surface of the peripheral wall. A bottom space 17 for folding the partition wall inwardly is continuously provided on the lower end of the peripheral wall, and the partition wall 21 erected on the bottom plate 2 is foldably and continuously provided on a tip of the bottom space 17. A flap 22 in which a bottom side is abutted on the bottom plate 2 in an erected state is foldably and continuously provided on an end part of the partition wall 21 as a holding means to hold the partition wall 21 in the direction of erection, and a fold 26 of the flap 22 is inclined inwardly in the erected state, and the angleθformed between the bottom side of the flap 22 and the fold 26 is an obtuse one.
