<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generally analyze delay factors in a production process. <P>SOLUTION: A production management method comprises: a step (S300) of reading stored data when a date to execute an EDP processing comes (YES in S200); a step (S400) of judging the change contents of a scheduling plan; a step (S500) of executing a new processing subroutine in the case that a new reply due date is generated; a step (S600) of executing a progress processing subroutine in the case that a processing in a process progresses; a step (S700) of executing a due date change processing subroutine in the case that a due date change is generated; a step (S800) of executing a progress return processing subroutine in the case that progress return is generated; and a step (S900) of calculating a ratio based on the number of days of delay calculated in the respective subroutines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
