A polymer film is laminated or heat sealed onto a textile mesh. On the opposite side of the film to the mesh there is a system of at least three PVD(physical vapor deposition) layers. The PVD layers comprise at least one metal layer between two dielectric layers. The PVD layers may be located between two polymer films to protect the metal layer.
