PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image adjuster capable of obtaining a correct image for which distortion is corrected even for an image photographed by a small-sized and inexpensive camera. SOLUTION: The image adjuster 200 comprises: a calibrated display device 50; an image data storage part 302 for preserving image data for adjustment to be displayed at the display device 50; an image processing circuit 301 for processing the stored image data for the adjustment to be in a form capable of display by the display device 50; an image input part 306 for inputting photographed image data obtained by photographing the displayed image data for the adjustment with a CCD camera 100-1; a difference detection part 304 for detecting a difference between the stored image data for the adjustment and the photographed image data inputted from the image input part 306; and a correction data preparation part 303 for preparing correction data for correcting the distortion of the photographed image data photographed with the CCD camera 100-1 on the basis of difference data from the difference detection part 304.
