<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compensating circuit which has a simple circuit structure and can reduce the power consumption, and can be adjusted with feed-forward control without the need for a training period prior to adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic volume 2 receives the output from the devices such as an acceleration sensor as a compensated signal, and the output of the compensated signal is controlled. An electronic volume control 3 receives and amplifies the output Vdiv from the devices such as a temperature sensor, and outputs adjacent output voltages Vp and Vn. A comparator 4 compares the voltage Vmult like the power supply voltage with the output voltages Vp and Vn from the electronic volume 3, and outputs a signal according to the comparison result. An up/down counter 5 conducts computing in response to the output from the comparator 4, and the output of the electronic volumes 2 and 3 is controlled by the computed data (output code D).
